Welcome to the website of Forente Consultancy & Change Management, the agency of Wieteke Beernink. I work as consultant, interim manager, facilitator and coach for organizations in the non-profit sector, in the Netherlands as well as abroad.
The name ‘Forente’ is made up of the Portuguese words ‘fonte’, ‘corrente’ and ‘forte’: source, flow and strength. They symbolize my view of how people and organizations develop.
